COSTA MESA RESTAURANT
Scope
Provided power and lighting for this beautiful restaurant as well as a service upgrade

Scope
Located next to The Wild Goose and across the street from the The Country Club, we began working on this project in early 2017. We provided complete power and lighting redesign of this beautiful Mexican restaurant along with the latest and greatest dimming systems. The restaurant officially opened its doors in late 2018 and has been going strong as one of the most popular Mexican restaurants in Costa Mesa.

Using the latest dimming systems, we are able to incorporate decorative fixtures into their own “dimming zone”…

We provided major main lobby/registration area renovation which also included lobby rehab with complete bar and pain restaurant renovation.
We provided electrical engineering for the new Dining omelets and self served buffet in the Hyatt Lobby Remodel.

Provided both lighting and power plans for new fitness room reconfiguration

Provided both power and lighting plans for new ballroom and foyer areas lighting
JW Marriot
Pavilion and Spa remodel
Provided electrical plans for existing pavillion meeting/conference center building to enclosure the building with new operable walls and celiing with new event power.
People's O.C.
Santa Ana, California
Scope
The facility itself is the biggest of its kind in California, with its beautiful and spacious interior housing a wide variety of consumables and accessories, this was the first facility of this type EAI had been involved with, but with ownership dedicated to only the best and most unique lighting and HVAC systems to help lock-in its place in this new and growing segment of California business network, People’s OC has become the go-to dispensary in orange county.

Lido Peninsula

Scope
Throughout the years, we’ve done multiple projects in Lido Peninsula with one of our favorite clients. Most recently, EAI provided electrical plans in 2020 to upgrade site lighting within the mobile home area.

EV Charger Scope
in early 2021 we designed a series of EV charger locations to help mobile home tenants charge their electric cars. With many more charger locations to come, this batch of chargers were installed in september of 2021
One of the many things EAI specializes on is designing and permitting EV chargers systems, and with the rapidly changing electrical car industry, we have been able to do a series of this type of projects in the last few years alone. The connection to this specific batch of new E/V chargers was fed from the recently installed substation transformer “J”. These transformers were designed by us to take some of the load from the originally installed service.

Back in 2019, we provided plans for the addition of landscape and site lighting for this commercial office building in Newport Beach, California.
Photometric Calculations
Among the many services we offer, site lighting projects make up a good portion of our portfolio. We make photometric calculations to determine what fixture to use, how high to mount them, and how far apart to place them from one another. This allows for more aesthetic lighting levels throughout the site.

Complete Design
After doing the complete hotel electrical design while at another firm, EAI’s Principal Joe Niemczyk had the opportunity to work on this spectacular Ritz Carlton hotel again for some needed site lighting upgrades and enhancements at the entry guard house, entry pavilion/porte-cochere, rear event lawns, site walk areas and tennis pavilion areas.
We brought this wonderful 5 star property back to the nighttime splendor it once was.
